Western Red Cedar is unbeatable in quality, appearance and longevity. The natural oils in cedar help make the wood resistant to decay and insect attack, increasing it’s durability and weatherability without the use of chemical treatments. Above all, the wood has a beauty all it’s own, with colors, grains and textures unmatched by any other fence material.
Northern White Cedar is our most popular product due to its longevity. This wood can last approximately 20 years. Our quality of Northern White Cedar is light in color and weathers to a soft gray. As with all our fences if installed approx 2 inches off the ground and away from irrigation this product will last many years if left untreated.

PVC ( Poly Vinyl Chloride ).Made of 100% Virgin PVC. Solid Privacy or semi-private, PVC fencing is free from traditional maintenance. Vinyl fences do not rot or need painting. There is no need to be concerned with splinters, loose screws or nails. An occasional washing will provide years of continued beauty. We only use the best quality. Our gates are 3 ½ x 3 ½ welded construction. They are considered the best in the industry. All of our sections have a galvanized steel riveted channel into the bottom rail which provides extra stability. All our PVC hardware is stainless steel powder coated, black or white. All gate post are heavy wall regardless of style or installation. As with all our posts, they are cemented to a depth of 32″.
PVC fencing comes in many styles, such as picket, post and rail, privacy and ornamental. Colors include, white, tan, gray and adobe.

Aluminum fences have recently evolved to become an economical alternative to the more expensive wrought iron fences. Like the vinyl fences, a decorative aluminum fence will provide years of maintenance-free security and access control. These fences will withstand years of harsh weather, and the only suggested maintenance is a good washing once a year.
Similar to the other fence styles we build, aluminum fences are set in concrete when constructed. Each post is held with a bracket (see photo below) that has been secured in concrete to ensure stability. Moreover, we use aluminum screws and fittings to prevent bi-metallic corrosion and promote long life.
Chain Link is extremely secure, maintenance free and allows light and ventilation. Chain link comes in assorted varieties such as green mesh on galvanized frames, and black vinyl. We can also install privacy slats and permahedge.
Chain link fences, whether the traditional hot-dipped galvanized or vinyl coated type, are an economical way to provide years of maintenance-free security and access control. These types of fences are extremely versatile; they can be made in a variety of heights, and can handle anything from a simple boundary marker for a homeowner to perimeter security (they can be topped with barb or razor wire) for commercial or industrial property. And, with the addition of slats, any chain link fence can easily become a privacy fence.
When Peconic Bay Fence creates your chain link fence, we’ll set each post in concrete. Outside of an earthquake or flood, that fence isn’t going anywhere! We’re also sure to use galvanized screws and fittings to prevent bi-metallic corrosion and those nasty-looking weeping rust stains on your posts and poles.
Gates, from a small pedestrian opening to one large enough for a truck, are easily added to your new chain link fence. These gates can be manual, self-closing, or manipulated by electric gate operators. Each gate is welded at all corners for added stability; no cheap aluminum gate-L’s on our fences! Just let us know which type of access you need, and we’ll design it.
- Commercial chain link fences provide a secure boundary around your commercial or industrial property. These fences come in a standard height of 6 feet, but they can be built as high as 20 feet tall. Examples of commercial chain link fences include:
- Tennis courts
- Baseball or softball backstops
- Perimeters around buildings or recreational fields
- If your business needs maximum protection against potential thieves and vandals, you’ll want to invest in a security chain link fence topped with concertina (razor) wire and/or barb wire. These types of fences are typically used in commercial and industrial applications where perimeter security is at a premium. Tennis Court Enclosures
The Purpose of fencing around a tennis court is to keep most balls within the court during play. Chain link fencing is most commonly used. 1 3/4 mesh is required to keep the ball from sticking through the fence. The majority of our fences built today are 8 foot high. We use diagonal corners, which keeps the balls from sticking in the corner areas.
